How long are the vouchers valid for?
All vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase however, we are open to extending them if required depending on the circumstances.

Could I receive a printed voucher? How long would it take to be delivered?
All vouchers are emailed as PDF to the email address provided. Please email us at gifting@luca.restaurant if would like to receive a printed voucher, please note this will take 3 - 5 working days.
